How do I commission a pet portrait?

How long does it take to receive the portrait?
Lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks from the purchase date of your portrait, if you need an earlier delivery please contact me before purchasing your portrait
Can you draw/paint my portrait just from a photo?
Yes. I work solely from photographs, if I have a few clear photos that’s even better but I can work from just one clear photograph
Can I have multiple pets in my portrait?
Of course! I can arrange multiple pets in one portrait and use separate photographs to create one portrait together. Two pets will increase the price by 50%, three pets will increase the price by 75% and four pets increases the price by 100%
Can you remove or add things to my portrait?
Yes I can rearrange the photos you provide to take out something you don’t want included and if you’d like something added like their favourite toy that’s no problem at all! Extra items such as toys, blankets, clothing may add an extra charge, if you would like to know the cost please send me your request before purchasing your portrait
Will my pet portrait have a background?
The background for your pet portrait will be left plain to allow your pet to shine, if you wish to have the background included please contact me before purchasing a portrait
Is my pet portrait refundable?
You have 7 days after the payment is made to request a refund, during these 7 days we will confirm all details of your portrait however if you choose to cancel your order within this time frame you will receive a full refund. You must notify me by email that you wish to cancel your order. After 7 days the portrait is not refundable. If there are any issues please contact me as I strive for excellent customer feedback and want to accommodate my customers where possible
I want to buy a portrait for a friend or family member but don't know what photo to choose?
No problem! If you would like to surprise your loved one with this gift I will be offering a gift certificate service in early November! Then they can collaborate with me to create the perfect pet portrait for them
