Copyright
I retain full copyright on all artwork that is produced, including mock-ups and prints. This means I can create prints using the image of the artwork created. When a portrait is commissioned I reserve the right to display it in my website gallery and on my social media pages. Customers who do not wish their commissioned portrait to be shown online must notify me before work commences.
Cancellations
Customers have a 7 day money back guarantee from the date of paying in full to cancel their order, in which they will receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made by email, upon cancellation they will lose their place on my waiting list. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to resolve them.
Payments
To commission a drawing/painting the payment must be made in full before I can begin the work. You can pay directly through my website and you will receive a confirmation email of proof of purchase. If you have any questions please ask me before purchasing your portrait.
Changes to a completed portrait
I will send you photos of your completed portrait for you to approve and you can make small changes at this point if needed, if after receiving the portrait you require more changes you must cover postage costs both ways for the alterations to be made.
Privacy policy
I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information or photographs to third parties. I will not share your personal photographs on my website or social media without your prior consent.
